Apart from conducting extracurricular activities and technical events the Electrical Student CONfederacy (ESCON) is also keen to organize guest lectures/workshops for B.Tech EEE students to enhance their knowledge and to improve their skills in order to face the present day competition. This event was coordinated by the ESCON members under the supervision of faculty advisors Sri B.Mahesh Babu & Sri J. HemaSundhar.
On 15th September 2016, ESCONconducted A guest lecture on “GRID OPERATION WITH MODERN TOOLS” by Deputy Engineer A. RAMESH Garu, who gave many guest lectures. He is an engineer at load dispatch center, Hyderabad. He explained the students about the operation of grids. He also explained the students about the power availability at different stations. He also developed interest in gaining the knowledge.
