An Adjunct Faculty Programme on “Switch Gear and Protection” was conducted for the students of III B. Tech of Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch for two days i.e., on 03rd and 04th of February 2023 on behalf of ESCON in association with IEEE-Student Branch Chapter. The programme was addressed by Er. M. Durga Prasad, Chief Engineer (Rtd), APSEB, Vijayawada zone on the concept of Switch Gear and Protection. A total of 128 students attended the program. This event was coordinated by the ESCON body members under the supervision of faculty advisor Mr. E. Vargil Kumar and co-faculty advisor Mrs. Sufia Khanam. Students acquired an idea about Switch Gear and Protection equipment in Power Systems which fills the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge.
